My guiding principle: help people move forward with clarity and confidence. I care deeply about governance, privacy-by-design, bias risk, and quality evaluation—because reliability is the product. I’m user-first and experience-led, focusing on decision support in complex journeys, especially in fintech and health, where anxiety and real consequences shape behavior.
Great design turns messy inputs into clarity, clarity into choices, and choices into action—with clear escalation paths when a human is the right answer. Our goal for AI content systems is to reduce confusion at the right moment, understand real-world materials, and select the best tool for each task—LLMs for guidance, VLMs for document understanding, SLMs for private tasks —supported by tools for reliability.
I’ve led cross-functional teams of up to 100 people across product, design, research, and partnerships. I’ve held executive roles at Rocket Companies, Edelman, Enlighten, and Arc Worldwide, spanning brands, digital platforms, and service experiences.

I bridge strategy and execution, integrate new capabilities, and guide teams through complexity without compromising the customer experience. I view every product as part of an unfolding story, where each touchpoint—including those powered by AI—works in harmony. When these elements align, trust follows. My mission is to design systems that harness technology to simplify and enhance lives.
