Power Command Cloud: Integration and Redesign
As Experience Strategist, I led a four-person consulting team across product strategy, navigation architecture, hierarchy and taxonomy, dashboard design, service-team workflows, J1939 feature strategy, table behavior, content clarity and help strategy, testing synthesis, stakeholder alignment, and delivery planning. The work reorganized PCC around a clearer account-group-to-account-to-site-to-asset model, created a more extensible dashboard and notification structure, defined page states across sites, gensets, ATS/DMC, and gateways, and built a stronger operational workspace for diagnostics, maintenance, notes, remote controls, and software updates. User testing validated the overall direction while helping refine navigation cues, control labeling, table behavior, and rollout considerations. The design direction was adopted as a strategic foundation, then later adapted after Cummins chose an acquisition-led path. The value of the work was in shaping the architecture, aligning stakeholders, advancing internal learning, and informing future execution rather than shipping intact.
