Many of these engagements began in ambiguity: teams had business goals, active delivery pressure, and complex stakeholder needs, but lacked a clear product narrative, experience model, or operating structure. I helped translate that uncertainty into practical strategy, aligning leaders, product teams, designers, researchers, content partners, and technical teams around clearer decisions and more usable systems.
My role shifted by engagement, but the throughline was consistent: define the problem, structure the work, guide the team, and connect experience decisions to business outcomes. I led product strategy, UX direction, stakeholder workshops, journey and service modeling, content and platform planning, design team alignment, and executive communication, enabling organizations to move from scattered priorities to sharper product and experience execution.

The value of the work is clarity: clearer priorities, clearer teams, clearer experiences, and clearer paths from strategy to execution.
